Thank you for shopping with Atelier Cherry Blossom. Each piece is prepared with care, and processing times may vary depending on the product and the details involved.

Processing times
Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on the product, order volume, material availability, and level of customization.

Custom-order production times will be confirmed after we review your request and before you approve the final quote. Processing time begins after the design and payment terms have been approved.

Shipping and delivery
Shipping time is separate from processing time. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delays
We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order. Atelier Cherry Blossom is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.

Lost or damaged packages
